Fox ESS EQ4800 Battery Stack
The Fox ESS EQ4800 Home Battery is a stackable solution that qualifies for the Australian Government Cheaper Home Battery Program rebate. Stackable batteries are suitable in situations where there is limited wall room for wall-hung batteries, such as the Tesla Powerwall 3 or the Fox ESS EP11 batteries.
Crazy Cost Effective: Due to the stackable nature of the battery, there is not much additional installation labour required to add the subsequent batteries after the initial battery-solar-switchboard integration is completed. Additionally, because the battery rebate applies on the total battery capacity installed, each additional battery module added to the stack only has a small marginal cost.

The Fox ESS EQ4800 does not have a hybrid inverter included in the battery stack. It relies on the interchangeable Fox ESS hybrid inverters that also work with the EP11 range of Fox ESS batteries. These come in a wide variety of capacities, typically up to 10kW for single phase, and 30kWh for 3-phase sites.
