We recently had 6 - Outlet HEG™ ducted air system and AiroMatric fan system installed in the roof , our house is only 10 months old however we had bad window condensation and condensation in the roof, new system is amazing rooms few degrees warmer and no more condensation , I found Adam very helpful to deal with and helped us out with the system to suit our home. Would definitely recommend HEG™
Excellent service and we are so very pleased with our new heat transfer system. The heat generated from our fire is now spread throughout the house, so we are able live more comfortably within the house instead of only in the living room huddled around the fire. Everyone we dealt with was great, and the fellow who installed our unit was absolutely brilliant! Highly recommended!
Kane came and had a look at my place and recommended some heat pumps and under floor insulation. He was really knowledgeable, warm and friendly and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything really well. He also checked my existing ceiling isolation and solar and said there was nothing to do there.
A few weeks later the guys came and installed the heat pumps and did a power board upgrade. The office had told me to allow 2 days from start to finish, but they were done in less than a day! They were super friendly and efficient and their work looked great. I've since had a random "install inspection" (from the regulator) and they said it was a good install.
The heat pumps have been fantastic. My house is much warmer now. Plus I followed Kane's advice and charged my power tariff so my power bill is less as well!
Overall my experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HEG™.

We bought a 1950's house as we loved the location it was in, but it was cold, damp and mouldy.
I knew we needed some insulation and a heat pump, and my searching led me to HEG™. I could see they knew what was needed to improve our house.
We had them install roof and underfloor insulation, a heat pump, heat transfer system, and condensation control. Due to the terrible condition of our windows, we also had another company (Summit Windows) install quality double glazed windows.
The difference is just amazing, with the whole house being now warm, comfortable and cosy.
I wanted to reduce heating costs, but the temperature difference between inside the house and outside just astounds me (as these 2 photos taken on different spring days at 5.30am WITH NO HEATING ON show) - the house just stays warm!!!!!
HEG are a great company who have your best interest as their priority. Peter is awesome and it was him that I dealt with. He explained how we could get optimal benefits from the system we were getting. The after sales service was absolutely brilliant. I cannot praise them enough. At the moment we have $640 dollars credit with our power account. NO MORE POWER BILLS, do yourself a favour and get solar. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

The scheduling of the three different installations; rooftop solar panels, 2 x heat pumps/A/C units, and roof cavity ducted heat recovery , insulation and downlight upgrade were handled by skilled, friendly and efficient tradesmen.
They cleaned up after completion of their work, and provided clear instructions on how to effectively utilise and operate the systems for optimal results.
A Tas govt. electrical inspector checked the electrical installations about a week after installation and had no hesitation in approving all the work.
I am most satisfied with the work HEG™ has done at my property, and would highly recommend them.
